The ESCNJ Vendor Expo provides an avenue for ESCNJ Members and Vendors in which to become familiar with one another, allowing members to save taxpayer money by seeking great prices for goods and services.

Members include school districts, colleges, universities, municipalities, county governments, housing authorities, libraries, fire districts and more.

Who is considered an ESCNJ Vendor

ESCNJ Vendors are organizations that provide goods and services to our Members and who have responded to bid specifications and have been awarded contracts.

There is no cost to attend for Members.

Pre-Registration in January is $500

February is $750 

After March 1 is $900 

Additional representatives are $50 per person.

Day of Event representatives are $100 per person.

A Vendor package includes admission for two (2) company representatives, an 8’ back wall (Navy Blue/White), a 3’ side rail (Navy Blue), one (1) 6’x24”x30” skirted table (Navy Blue), two (2) black padded chairs, one (1) waste basket, one (1) 10x10 carpet (Dark Grey), one (1) ID sign.

Additional Vendor representatives can attend the event at $50.00 per representative and $100.00 on the day of the event.

Additional booth services, such as electricity, wireless internet services, additional banner and signage services can be purchased through the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center. Vendors can contact the Exhibitor Service Manager at (732) 417-1400, Ext. 1201 or by email at services@njexpocenter.com. Vendors who are bringing power strips, they will need to tape them down in their booth or make sure the wires are not in a walkway. NO open flames permitted.  This includes candles & incense.

Vendors are allowed to bring equipment they would like to present. Equipment must be able to fit in the booth. Bus and truck Vendors are limited to one (1) vehicle and must be indicate dimensions when completing the registration form.

All vehicles on display must have their batteries disconnected and contain less than a quarter (< ¼) tank of gasoline.

Vendors are allowed to ship equipment.

Disclaimer: Please be advised of arrival date when shipping items.

There will be a giveaway at the end of the event where ESCNJ will giveaway prizes submitted by Vendors. Submission of the giveaway items must be indicated on the registration page and must be submitted at the front desk. Vendors are not permitted to do individual giveaways at their booth. Vendors are NOT to giveaway large furniture pieces.

Please be mindful of the furniture sizes for attendees.

Additional Info for Vendors

  • Exhibitors may use a 10X10 tent/canopy structure inside the NJ Expo Center
  • Electric will only be permitted under canopy/tents if one or more of the below:
  1. There is no material on the tent/canopy frame
  2. Structure is accompanied with Flame Retardance Certificate from the manufacture to California Fire Code Compliance, National Fire Protection Code 701, or spray treated by a licensed company (i.e. Turning Star).
  • All tents/canopy using electric in them must include a Fire Extinguisher
  • Any tent/canopy that is over 10X10 needs permission from the NJ Expo Center & a minimum of 72 hours before show move-in.
  • Tents/canopies must be at least 10’ apart. This is on a first come, first serve basis.
